Software Support for Risk Analysis
Psota, Michal ; Štěpánková, Vladěna (referee) ; Kreslíková, Jitka (advisor)
This thesis focuses on the theoretical description of risk management options related to information technologies and describes methods used to risk analysis. Described methods are fault tree analysis, event tree analysis, FMEA, HAZOP and Markovov analysis. Practical part includes proposal and implementation of program that visualizes decision trees and determines probability of each tree item.
Reliability and Communikation in Man-Machine-Systems
Kovář, Tomáš ; Žurek, Martin (referee) ; Havlíková, Marie (advisor)
The objective of this work is to analyse the technical and human reliability in the man-vehicle system. The reliability of the whole system is given by the individual reliabilities of technical subsystems and human operators. In the analysis of safety and readiness of technical systems, it is necessary to monitor human effects on the reliability, safety and readiness of these systems, which directly put people’s lives at risk. The human operator influences the safety and reliability of the whole system by his actions and operation of the device. The quantitative evaluation of human reliability is based on an overall probabilistic safety analysis. Since drivers directly control the means of transport, the human operator’s reliability is entirely determining for the overall reliability of the system. External and human factors influencing performance affect the man-machine system. The activity tree model serves for the evaluation of reliability of the MMS system and provides a concise, organised and well-arranged description of defects within the system.
Failure rate wastewater treatment plants
Boryśová, Michaela ; Vlčková, Veronika (referee) ; Hluštík, Petr (advisor)
This thesis deals with the sludge management in wastewater treatment plants. It provides a basic overview of methods for modifying risk material in sludge ending. The main goal of this work is to create a fault trees based on faults which occurred in the sludge management facilities. Furthermore, it was created frequency of failures assessment of the objects on wastewater treatment plant in Hodonín. Provided information were obtained during excursions of WWTP Hodonín and Zbýšov.
Mam-Machina-Systems and their Reliability
Jurčík, Petr ; Skřehot, Petr (referee) ; Havlíková, Marie (advisor)
The point of this work is to describe and analyse human and technical reliability inside a man-vehicle system. The reliability of whole system is given by partial reliabilities of technical sub-systems and reliability of a man like a human operator. Human operator influences security and reliability of whole system by his activity and servicing of equipment. It is necessary to monitor and evaluate this activity in the analysis of security of technical systems. By the evaluation of human reliability people come out of the whole probability analysis of security. Inside the man-vehicle system the vehicle is operated by the driver and therefore influence of human operator is totally fundamental for the total reliability of this system. Graphic fault tree model shows different combinations of equipment failures and people failures which can lead to the accident.
